Nick Pero currently serves as the Innovation Guide for the the Gas Infrastructure Group at Dominion Energy.
His primary responsibilities are driving the development of innovation as a strategic capability along with creating a decentralized culture of innovation. This role also provides support and advice on how to develop, validate, prioritize and turn ideas into actionable outcomes..
Nick began his career at Dominion Energy in 2009 as a Measurement Engineer. Since, he has held various engineering, operational support, and leadership positions. Pero earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Akron and Masters of Business Administration-Finance from Ohio University.
He serves on the Appalachian Gas Measurement Short Course program committee, Deputy Chair of Pressure Control. Pero also serves as a mentor in the Bounce Innovation Hub Mentor Network program.
